These are the freely distributable libraries required to run BBBBS.

   arp.library
   rexxarplib.library
   rexxmathlib.library
   screenshare.library

You will also need the two ARexx system libraries that came with
ARexx 1.15, rexxsyslib.library and rexxsupport.library.
